As the Producer of this event you will advise on and implement the creative and production strategies and actions necessary to deliver an imaginative, safe, spectacular event. You will depend on your high energy, innovative thinking and top level leadership skills. The City, our community, and the nation embrace this event and you will need to reflect that passion and commitment.
The successful candidate will have experience in producing major outdoor events. Other essential criteria include working jointly with media, marketing, sponsorship and TV broadcast teams. The candidate will also have extensive experience in producing large scale event technology such as fireworks, lighting and staging.
Excellent communication skills are a must to ensure a seamlessly run event and guarantee the continued support of stakeholders and the public for this exciting event.
